WHO WE ARE

HML Aviation Services, LLC is an FAA approved repair station operating out of a 25,000 sq. ft. facility in Opa-Locka, FL. We’re located 5 miles away from Miami International Airport making us accessible to the world in only minutes. The ability to overhaul a wide variety of military, regional, and commercial aircraft landing gear and accessories allows us to service the majority of your fleet. At HML Aviation Services, LLC, we have specialized ourselves with narrow body programs (B737CL, B737NG, B757 AND B767) by incorporating tooling and personnel dedicated to the overhaul of these gears specifically. The management team in place and its staff has well over 50 years of experience in the landing gear field and the facility has been producing quality repairs for over 11 years now.

HOW WE DO IT

Our engineering department is one of the best in the world and is constantly in communication with Boeing and other manufacturers to ensure that all overhaul manuals, airworthiness directives and service bulletins are kept current. This allows us to give our customers first class service. Our continuous investment in tooling, machinery and equipment is done to expand our capabilities, reduce turn times and improve quality. Our in-house lean manufacturing capability allows us the flexibility to meet even the most-challenging schedules. Our experienced, knowledgeable and motivated staff is dedicated to meeting the customers’ needs, and when needed, our qualified technicians and engineers can travel to any customer site to perform any service required. Always expanding capabilities and services is key to our success and we are excited to announce that we are now performing Magnetic Particle Inspect and Fluorescent Particle Inspect alongside all our standard services.

BACKING IT UP

HML Aviation Services, LLC offers a 5 year warranty on all of its landing gears and components. The entire overhaul process, from teardown to testing is controlled throughout to insure the most efficient and cost effective service possible to our customers. We have one of the most extensive exchange programs in the industry by maintaining an extensive rotable pool.
